Hi! I'm Alexa, owner & founder of Botanically Blurred — A houseplant design & maintenance company.

BB specializes in concierge-level plant services; providing recurring plant maintenance & premium plant design to commercial and residential clients.

I started Botanically Blurred because I genuinely believe plants make every space better —when plants are thoughtfully curated to reflect individual style & maintained with sincere care, it raises the vibration of you and the the space you are in.

Humans have an innate need to “touch grass” — also known as Biophilia, referring to the human tendency to seek connection with nature. Adding plants to your home or business in a way that quietly elevates the aesthetic you’ve created and allows you to experience Biophilia every day, in your own way.

Our Process

With a heavy emphasis on design, we first & foremost prioritize the health and longevity of your houseplants.

Our mission when collaborating with you is to create a space you love to be in. Whether that's a room in your home or the entrance of your business, we can transform each space with houseplants specifically chosen to perfectly fit your overall vibe.

Let Botanically Blurred aesthetically curate all of your plant design needs from start to finish. We will quietly elevate your decor and showcase the positive impact houseplants have in your space and on your overall well-being in a way that is completely unique to you and your design preferences.

Step One

We start by askin’ a few questions. We’ll go over your design style, goals for the space & budget.

Taking into consideration factors such as your lifestyle things like; are you WFH or a TSA-approved traveler? any fur babies? what’s your thermostat on?

These may seem like odd questions, but they’re all relevant to the types of plants we choose specifically for you!

Step Two

After we get to know the space and you a little better, you can decide how involved you’d like to be in the sourcing process.

We can either create a custom design plan using pictures of the space (with two rounds of edits included) so you can be more involved in the process of choosing the houseplants & planters, or we can get straight to sourcing everything for you, no questions asked!

Step Three

Then the only job you have is to leaf it to us! we will take care of curating all the plants & materials we’ll need to transform your space!

Botanically Blurred will take care of the delivery & installation of all the plants, planters & materials needed.

Our Styling Services will also include our services of repotting, pruning, pest prevention/ treatment, watering & fertilizing when it’s install day.

We take careful precautions to avoid any messes during the installation process, but sometimes even professionals spill some soil sometimes. Botanically Blurred takes care of the clean-up and ensures everything is exactly how it was when we arrived.
